SAFESURE RUNFLAT SYSTEM® – CONTINUOUS MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY
SAFESURE Runflat Systems® provides continuous mobility for armoured vehicles, police patrol vehicles, Cash-in-Transit vehicles, law enforcement vehicles, and personal protection vehicles. The system enables vehicles to continue their journey for an extended distance even while experiencing one or more deflated or damaged tyres caused by armour-piercing rounds, semi-automatic AK-47 / pistol fire, or a mine blast affecting the tyre.
When a tyre loses air pressure due to puncture, ballistic impact, or blast damage, the SAFESURE Runflat System® continues to support the vehicle’s weight and maintains tyre shape. This allows the driver to retain steering control, stability, and maneuverability while safely moving the vehicle away from danger zones or hostile environments.
The SAFESURE Runflat System® is specifically engineered for high-risk operational conditions where uninterrupted mobility is essential for mission success and personnel safety. By preventing the tyre from collapsing onto the rim, the system minimizes wheel damage and ensures that vehicles remain operational even after severe tyre damage.
